Flight Affected from Kiwi and imposing to pay extra fair

We are going to reschedule the flight. But that's quite expensive, like three times extra. So we have no funds to pay extra. We bought an extra weight for luggage. Our booking number 16301****. I think first you give the low fair, and after you affects the flight and then give us second option to pay extra.

Work Not performed, but they biled us

we Had a firm price for carpet cleaning in small home, service tech arrived and said that the hallway, ( 3.5" x 5' ) would cost an extra $ 80. The tech was beligerant and menacing to my wife and she asked him to leave, They billed us for cleaning that never happened, customer service refuses to delete charge, worst experience ever!

User's recommendation: never use them.

Basically stealing money

Absolutely awful. A complete and total sham. First visit did absolutely nothing to remove any odor whatsoever from the carpet (I paid extra for the deodorizer). They scheduled a follow up appointment, tried to arrive significantly earlier than was scheduled (I was at work), and then when I left work to meet them the technician simply went home without telling me. They wasted my entire evening crossing town and had nothing to offer besides trying to reschedule all over again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Stay far, far away from this company. Their product is useless and their customer service is worse.

Makes false promises

Don't use KIWI SERVICES if you are looking for a company to follow thru with their promises....Im very disappointed. I did not receive what I was promised, nor do I feel it was worth the fee I was charged. I was promised before and after photos of the air ducts a d I NEVER received any pictures nor were any taken. I never received a return call from Justin after the fact, the salesman who made the promises. And why would I expect to since they've already been paid..... I've requested copies of the warranties twice, but still haven't received anything. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MISREPRESENTED.

Terrible, Terrible Company

Visit 1: techs did not clean carpets and Tile floor adequately. When challenged tech he said he cleaned entire tile floor when it was obvious he had not. He would not complete and left. We called office and complained when you scheduled a second visit. The 2 area rugs were collected at this time which required the moving of a large sofa and dining table, which they had no difficulty doing. Visit 2. Techs cancelled at last minute due to Harvey forecast Multiple attempts were required to have rugs delivered and many excuses about being too busy to accommodate ..... Visit 3. Plan was to redo floors and carpets and bring rugs at same time ( Tuesday 19th ) however when tech arrived without rugs despite it being specifically required in our Scheduling requests he called and your warehouse manager said rugs were ready to pick them up and manager instructed him to collect them but after hanging up he advised it was "not his problem" and left! Visit 4. Tech arrived with rugs. Didn't want to unroll and place in rooms. Was dismissive and "not his job" to place them. He did place one (poorly) and then refused to place the second because as he put he "would not get paid if a second team came out to place the rugs as contracted. When I arrived home I unrolled the rug to discover the damage noted in the attached photographs. We immediately notified Michele and Martin of our discovery. Furthermore, rug 1 (the undamaged one) is not cleaned well (if at all). The second one does appear to have been cleaned and based upon the odor, with harsh chemicals. We are beyond disappointed with the quality of the workmanship, service, customer service and courteousness of the techs and of course without saying the damage.

Kept My Rug for 28 Days, Returned Uncleaned

WOW! I SHOULD HAVE SEARCHED FOR COMPLAINTS ONLINE ABOUT KIWI CLEANING SERVICES *BEFORE* CALLING THIS COMPANY. WHAT A RIP OFF! AND WHAT A BAD REPUTATION THIS COMPANY HAS. THEY KEPT MY AREA RUG FOR 28 DAYS WHEN THEY PROMISED IT WOULD BE CLEANED AND RETURNED IN 10 DAYS. THEN I HAD TO CONTACT THEM MULTIPLE TIMES TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY DELIVERY PERSON LIED UPON DELIVERY SAYING IT HAD BEEN KEPT LONGER BECAUSE IT HAD TO BE WASHED TWICE, WHEN, IN FACT, IT STILL HAS SURFACE DIRT ON IT AND WAS NEVER CLEANED AT ALL. I HAVE THE PHOTOS TO PROVE IT. I REFUSED TO PAY FOR SERVICE THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED.

I had my oriental rug taken to to be cleaned. It was brought back faded where they had it rolled. I had a supervisor come back out and look at it and said nothing was wrong. When I called in again they told me if I had a rug expert look at it and found it was ruined they would reopen the claim. What kind of bull s--- company is this that they don't guarantee their work. I will blast their name where ever I can.

Oriental rug cleaning

I had Kiwi come take my oriental rug out to be cleaned and when they brought it back it is faded where they had it rolled. They had a supervisor come out ant look at it and of course he does not see anything wrong. Spoke further with Kiwi and if I can get a rug expert to say that they ruined it or faded it they would take another look at my claim. Shocking I thought they were the rug experts when they picked up my rug. The rug is in a dining room with a dining room table covering it. No direct sunlight and the dining room used at Christmas only. Everyone that comes into my house looks at the rug and says its is faded. So much for customer service. Carol T.

Kiwi Services Furniture Cleaning Service Review

Had couches cleaned. Soaking wet for 2 days. Left stains on pillows. Called and they sent out another team, still no difference. Kiwi says they're employees are their own, they're actually contract workers that do work for them. They look a little shady in my opinion. I will not employ their services ever again, nor will i recommend them to anyone. Poor quality and poor professionalism.

One of the worst

In August 2015 I contracted to have my carpets and A/C ducts cleaned. The carpet cleaning included two stairwells. While the technician was cleaning the carpets, he got a call from his office telling him that he needed to be at another location within less than an hour. He rushed the remainder of the job. When I checked his work, he had left a bad spot in front of the commode in one of my bathrooms. I asked him to clean the spot. After he left, I checked the spot in the bathroom and he must have left the machine on the spot too long and had burned the carpet. I checked the stairwells and he had not cleaned them. I was displeased with the entire job on my carpets, but that was just the start of my troubles. He had knocked the dirt loose in my A/C ducts and had not suctioned it up. BROKEN ANTIQUE VASE 1000.00plus

My antique vase was broken by one of Kiwi workers. I sent pictures of the shattered vase as requested by Kiwi. Rebekah one of Kiwi representative was able to tell me that my vase was not real by the picture. When I questioned her level of expertise, she stated she had none. I later spoke to a Steven who requested a receipt from a ten year old gift. When he was told I did not have one he requested to speak to the gift giver. He later came back and offer me 100.00. The vase cost greater than a 10000.00 ten years ago. I request to speak to CEO but was denied . Rebekah stated the decision was a team decision. PLEASE I NEED HELP IN DEALING WTH THIS SITIATION.
