Kiwi Cleaning services should not be in the carpet cleaning business- their service is terrible.
I got a quote over the phone, explained there were heavy
pet stains, I will keep this short, but when the crew arrived, one supervisor and two young people in training, upon walking into the house I was told I would have to pay much more money to get the stains out, this home is where my 83 year
old Mother was living, limited
budget, after paying
much money the carpet did not come clean and
Kiwi refused any kind of refund. Also the supervisor asked that I tip them, he also demanded it,
Kiwi would not refund any of the money, that makes it clear they do not stand behind what they are selling, which is bad service to begin with.
