Today I had an appointment with Kiwi Services to clean carpet in the rooms that I have high traffic areas. I couldn't believe the men that were sent to my home by them not to mention the aquitment they had.

They smelled awful of smoke and had dirty equipment that looked ancient. The mop head that they were planning to rub all over my almost new carpet reaked of smoke and was terribly soiled.

I sent them away before they could ruin my carpet. They didn't care. No appologies.

Do not use Kiwi Services. They obviously don't care who they send out.

This is my first time with Kiwi and their technician Alexander was amazing! I didn't expect my carpets to turn out so good. Great Job! All the work that was explained to me when I booked the appointment was done! I will definitely use Kiwi again! I love my service with Kiwi. It was great!
